Professional Tekken 8 player SuperBrine has achieved one of the top online ranks in the fighting game while playing completely blindfolded with a sleep mask, IGN reported. SuperBrine began the challenge at the Beginner rank and reached the God of Destruction rank during streams broadcast on Twitch. The accomplishment gained widespread attention across the fighting game community following his final stream in early October 2026. [1][6]

SuperBrine completed the competitive run using the character Alisa, IGN reported. The entire effort was streamed live across seven separate broadcasts on Twitch, starting in June 2026. IGN noted that the accomplishment stands as an impressive display of player skill, as he progressed through the online competitive ladder while completely obscuring his vision. [1]

Tekken 8 is a fighting game developed by Bandai Namco Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. God of Destruction is the highest attainable competitive rank within the game's online matchmaking system. SuperBrine completed the challenge live on stream while using a physical sleep mask to block his view of the screen. [1]
