Publisher Shinyuden has released an English localisation of Vixen 357 for the Sega Mega Drive and Genesis, Time Extension reported. The game is a 1992 turn-based tactical role-playing game, a genre of strategy games featuring tile-based movement and character progression, developed by Career Soft. [1]

Time Extension reported that Vixen 357 plays similarly to Fire Emblem but replaces fantasy knights and wizards with massive mechs. Career Soft also developed titles such as Langrisser, Elthlead, Gaia no Monshou and Gaiflame. [1]

According to Wikipedia, Fire Emblem is a fantasy tactical role-playing franchise developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo, which first launched in 1990. [2]

The Western localization was originally announced by Super Fighter Team in 2019 to end the title's decades of Japanese exclusivity, Time Extension reported. Super Fighter Team left the project in 2022, allowing Shinyuden to take over and plan a Western release. [1]
