An unofficial native PC port of the original Xbox version of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent has been released, DSOGaming reported. The release brings a distinct version of the stealth action title to PC players. [1]

According to DSOGaming, the original Xbox release differs significantly from the version previously available on PC and Xbox 360. While both releases share the same core story, they feature different mission designs, level layouts, and events, with some missions appearing exclusively in one version. [1]

The release follows other recent fan projects brought to PC platforms, as FTMQ Gaming reported earlier. Fan developers recently launched an unofficial native PC port of Super Mario Sunshine for Windows and Linux that runs without an emulator, and another developer is creating an unofficial PC version of the canceled P.T. playable teaser.
